Wildcat
Are you a cat lover? If yes, then we have one thing in common. However, the cat that I will be talking on my blog is definitely not the one you think it is.You guessed it right by looking at the picture(duh) it’s the WILDCAT aka Tiger.

My recent trip to Pench National Park was nothing less than exciting, adventurous & gobsmacking. My luck was never good with encountering a tiger.I lost all hopes until this trip came into the picture.

Our day started by leaving Nagpur to Pench National Park. The quality of roads really amazed me as it's improved drastically in the past couple of years. It's one & a half hour ride to the Park & my family of 8 including me had crazy fun.( Gosh! I miss road trips)

After reaching Pench, we took the safari into the jungle(keep in mind that one safari jeep accommodates 6 persons only, the seventh person has to book another jeep). The price for one jungle safari is approximately between INR 6750 to INR 8500 which you have to book 3 months prior or at short notice subject to availability at that time, as in season it's difficult to get your slot if not booked prior.

If you have a camera other than your phone especially a DSLR or a vlog camera you have to pay for it which is less than minimal(the officials are extremely helpful & supportive so don't take them for granted & PLEASE PAY FOR THE CAMERA).

We had a stay for 24 hours hence we had booked villas in a resort named Tathastu(I won't be sharing details on the resort as its available on their website——> http://www.tathasturesorts.com ) .I'm sure you can find the best resort that suits your budget & needs as there are many so go ahead and google the info. The resort is beautiful and has good facilities however our interest was more in Tiger sighting and we hardly stayed there so I’ll talk about that.

Our safari began with heading deeper into the jungle.

Nevertheless, after we moved & later waited in the jungle for an hour(which is fairly VERY short time, wildlife enthusiasts or other visitors wait for hours at one place), we heard the animals making weird sounds followed by loud grunts & then there was pin drop silence.

We looked at each other with excitement & started staring deep in the impenetrable jungle.

The yellow striped with the nonchalant walk came through the dense bushes, the Tiger.I held my breath for few seconds as I thought it would echo & distract the Tiger(Yes I was blown away). His loud grunts gave all of us goosebumps. The view of the tiger in front of us was picturesque and breathtaking. We were lucky enough to see more than one tiger.(Due to regulations can't share the number of tigers we saw but it was enough to blow our minds for another century.)

Of course, the best time to visit any sanctuary or a wildlife park is in summers but there's no best time nor any guarantee that you will see this Wild Cat.After looking at this nature's creature we all were extremely happy and content(you can never be content of watching a tiger though).

Nature reminds us of how small part we are of it.This experience sort of invigorates you and makes you realise that there is so much in this world to experience. All of this can only be felt once you see the wildlife and nature...So go ahead and plan an incredible wildlife park trip with your loved ones or alone(trust me you won't regret it).Safe travels everyone!!

P.S. Due to some technical issue I couldn't upload videos here however I will be posting it on my youtube channel.Details will be up soon.
